1. How can I start my registry for gifts?
To start your convenient BergHOFF registry, all you have to do is fill in the Registry Request Form and one of our trained consultants will contact you to discuss your needs and schedule a personal shopping time for you. They will even cook for you and your guest, if you wish.
    
2.  How many months prior to the event should I register?

We advise registering three to four months before your wedding or other special event. This allows family and friends enough time to purchase gifts for engagement parties, showers and the event.

3.  Is there a limit to the number of registry items I can have?
There is no limit for registered items. We are here to help you choose ONLY the necessary items you will need in your kitchen and home. One of the worst received gifts, is the one that sits in the back of your cabinet, taking up space and no reason to use. We help you choose only the necessary kitchen and home products.

4.  What type of items does BergHOFF have?

5.  How long does my registry for gifts stay active?
Your registry will stay active for 180 days after your event. 

6.  How do I know when an item has been purchased from my gift registry?
We keep you informed of purchased items, when requested, by emailing your Personal Registry File to the email provided. 
   
7.  Can you ship to all US States, Canada and Mexico?

Yes, we ship to all locations, even APOs & FPOs. We also offer a discount on shipping with UPS & Fed Ex.
